Quiet location, spacious accommodation, good value

It is very close to the ITER site. The room was quite and also the area. I only recommend it for business trips.

We couldn't see at the homepage, that the hotel was a couple of km out of town. So it was hard to find and we have to drive to everything.

The hotel was at the rear of a small inbdustrial area but wee found it very quiet and peaceful

Isolation from local shops and ameneties, with main town of Vinon some 8km away.

Free wireless Internet. Friendly staff at reception, who speak English well.

Good size pool and accommodation.

The swimming pool does not open untill 10am and is closed between 1 to 3 pm and in the August heat with no air conditioning in the rooms it was quite repressive. This was not mentioned in the advert. The staff were unfriendly and strict about their rules (my 8 year old was told off for dripping water in the patio after a swim). There is no shops within working distance and you can't buy breakfast unless you prebook. A letter informing us of a Cleaning bill of 120 euros if room was not left as found was posted the night before our departure, so we had to spend our morning moping out, I would have preferred to know the bill in advance so we could have pre-cleaned. This is budget self catering not a holiday atmosphere.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. We put the address as well as navigation index in the navigator but it helped to reach the neighbourhood of the Apartment only. The sight is not clear. There is machine for 24h/24h checking but the announcement sentence on the screen said my reservation was not found the first 2 times. The furniture looks cheap. Just suitable for backpack overnight.

We had no sheets or towels in the room when we arrived and then had to wait until the next morning to ask for them as Reception was closed.
